Need to stop a payment

Can someone give me the email to cancel the payment I stopped it now but I not sure if it will be too late to be sent

You can't cancel a 'completed' payment, if its showing as completed on your paypal account then paypal credit the seller upfront and paypal wait for the funds to transfer from your funding source to reimburse them.

Payment shows complete in my PayPal account but it seems the last ymrhe seller didn’t receive it as she is asking me to settle my order
