Hello im trying to buy a pc part from someone and they have the payment on hold since they dont use paypal much, and the person wont send the part untill the payment clears. Cuz he thinks imma cancel the payment once he sends it and basically calling me a scamer. So the guy tries to put a old tracking number so i can confirm that i got it and the payment clears but thats bs because i wont be able to dispute it, what should i do???
