Need proof of payment from four years ago

The activity ledger only goes back three years, but I know PayPal is required to keep this info longer. Where do I request this? (It should be more accessible!)

Activity > Statements > Custom > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.

Thanks, but I tried that. It will allow you to select dates from 3+ years ago, but will not provide results. Just says nothing found for any 3+ year search. Very aggravating user experience.

I stand corrected. The key to your solution is to use a desktop, not iPhone. Thanks!
