I made a online payment recently. But got a message via paypal that "We're sorry. We cannot complete this payment. Please contact the seller with reference ID". However, the actual transaction had happened and a received a notification from my credit card company. I have given the relevant information to the seller. I was wondering whether there is anything more that can be done to sort out this issue as I have no proof of the payment (other than the notification from my credit card)??
