How can I fix this, I'm trying to buy something but the error just pops up. 

Please, I need an answer.

Difficult to advise when you haven't said...........

 

what funding source you are trying to use.

if that funding source is confirmed.

back up funding sources linked.

confirmation of back up funding sources.

are their currency issues.

is it an international transaction.

is it a new account or just a new problem.

type of transaction.

venue of transaction.

 

we can't just guess.
