Can i still recieve a money in may PayPal account without linking a card or gank account?
Yes, but you won’t have full and unlimited use of PayPal account features like spending and withdraw limits and unable to use PayPal to pay at certain online sites unless you add a card but eventually you will need to link a bank and/or card.
