Need help with the missing refund

Hi,

 

On 16 February 2020, I bought 2 tickets of Euro star via Trainline. Because of the pandemic, they canceled that trip and when I contact the Euro star, they said they already refund that money to my Paypal account around 28-30/3.

 But until now, I haven’t received that money ever since. I also send a refund request on the dispute center last month but no one answer that

 

Have anyone gone through a similar situation? Great appreciated if you can share some advice for me to get the money back from Paypal.
