Hello every time I try to send a payment to someone I am getting this error "
Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service. " and I can't find out what the problem is I tried to wait a few hours and try again but I'm getting the same error does anyone know why or how to fix this?
