Need help asap

I requested money from someone And it still says pending and haven't got the money even tho he sent me a screenshot that says refunded with green latter's.Is it possible that it takes some time to process a transaction or he didn't pay me? Thanks in advance

sorry but if you sent a money request for payment why would it show as refunded on the buyers side???

I wanted to buy a shoe I saw this guy had a lot of reviews So I paid him through friends and family (my mistake) And I never got the shoe so he claimed the ups lost the package and he will get refunded so he told me he got refunded and I told him to refund me and I send him a money request it still says pending and he said he paid and he showed me a picture taken from his phone showing his PC screen that says refunded idk truly..I think I got scammed but he didn't block me or anything so idk

You shouldn't have sent a money request, if he paid that way he could file a dispute to get the money back again and you would also pay a fee to receive it. 

So hopefully he used the 'refund' option which he should do so If you funded the original Paypal payment to him from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
