Need help about reinvoicing

Hi everyone,
Hope you are well. I have sold an item on eBay on 3rd October and the buyer has now asked me for the tracking number. Unfortunately I cannot find the postage receipt for this that contains the tracking and will need to refund the buyer assuming she's not received the item by now.
But if I find the receipt, for example, 2-3 weeks down the line and see on the tracking that she's actually received the item, is it possible to reinvoice the buyer?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

You can re-invoice but you can't force them to pay it.
Advice is voluntary.
