Need help Urgently. "Unable to accept payment"

My client was trying to pay me in EURO but unfortunately, my account is unable to accept payment. I even enable the accept foreign currency in the sellor tool, still showing the same error. Need help Urgently.this error came while they were paying me

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble. 

If your PayPal account is registered in India as noted in your Community bio, there are a few steps you'd need to complete to start receiving payments.
