Hello! Someone purchased something from me from depop but because I do not have a verified paypal account I cannot accept the payment. I want to return the money to them, do I just hit the 'Decline' button on the pending payment and that will give the money back to them?

If you can see a decline option beside this payment, you should try clicking that option and this should reverse the transaction back to the sender's account.
