Need a full refund for a recent payment to a scam online shop
I bought two galaxy s8 from techobuy.de yesterday(no contact support, somewhere mentioned that this is a scam online shop.). I asked PayPal for canceling the payment but it seems that it is completed now.
I try to contact to the seller but I have not received any response so far. I asked the seller to cancel the order and a full refund. What should I do?
