So I sell virtual products for video games and one of customers sent me about 65 GBP, and it was stuck on pending so we tried to cancel it and for him to resend as a gift he couldn't cancel it so i decided to refund it. The next day instead of refunding the 65 GBP that he sent it toke money out of my bank and made my bank negative. So I called up paypal and got the charges reversed which then made him and me confused. The money was just said to be received but I never received the money on my end and he says that he never received it either I need some help with this since it seems like the money literally just vanished.
