My transaction has 'null' infomation

I have a trouble that my transaction has no infomation to trace:

Does this is a bug?

Its a personal payment (friends/family) and not goods/services so it must be from a family member or close mate.

So surely you would know who sent it?

They must have used a nickname on their paypal account which is why their full name does not show, why not ask them?
