Hi, I recently bought a subscription for a website called "Splice" were I can use sounds and vocals for my music production, when I bought my subscription, it was denied and my money was gone from my Paypal, I was really confused why my money was gone when my subscription was canceled after 2 hours of using "Splice" to my music, I really need my money back so I can get my subscription, I believe that this was a glitch.

If you were charged for the payment but the subscription was cancelled earlier than it should, you can file a claim from your Resolution Centre. In case you never received the subscription, you can file a claim for an Item Not Received. If you received it but it was cancelled right after, you can file a claim for an Item Not As Described.
