If you have received the funds and were charged a fee then she sent it using the goods/services option so if you refund you would need to add the 'fee' amount to the balance in your account from your bank account as paypal do not return that fee as part of any issued full refund.
However if she sent it using the friends/family option then she would have been charged the fee and no it won't be refunded when you issue that refund.
