I was trying to process a payment to a seller but I was charged a fee where I was unaware so it charged my bank associates with the account, I had money in my PayPal balance which I then sent to the seller, I had asked the seller to cancel the eCheck which he did and I sent the payment to him using the funds on my account. 2 days later, I have been charged on my bank account for that transaction even though he cancelled it? Please help
