My refund to a buyer has been charged but they say hasnt come through.

I have been sent money over through the business payment of paypal and i have now had to refund the payment which i did and it has not only charged my paypal but also my bank and the buyer is now saying that the payment has not come through. what should i do?

Do you mean funds were removed from your paypal balance AND your bank account when you refunded?

yes funds were removed from my bank account but we’re charged and are still pending on my paypal balance as that is my preferred way of payment.
