I have asked for a refund from a seller and he did refund money but the refund is missing cash as i payed 583.24 and only got back 524.25 which just translates to £59 and idk what to do with that
Open a dispute for whatever the reason was that you were refunded, and go from there, as a full refund has not been issued then IF paypal find in your favour they should have to pay the rest.
