I am trying to sell on ebay and link my paypal account to ebay. I click on the link to Paypal from ebay, sign into Paypal and then Paypal displays return to ebay When I click on return to ebay, I do not see anything that tell me how to complete the linking process. I called paypal and got disconnected after we were trying to resolve the issue and customer support made me twice do the Link to Paypal. After about 15 minutes we got disconnected. I tried to call again and was put on hold waiting for an agent for almost 55 minutes !!!
Can anyone help me
