Hi there,

I have two enquiries. Firstly, i would like to know why £33 was debited on to my account twice when i should see this in my HSBC account now. So if possible i would like to receive a refund from this.

Secondly i have two accounts and would like to close one of my accounts Please email me back when you can.

No idea about your debit, ask customer services.
