I sold an item on eBay and seller paid the next day after I messaged him my collection address. eBay showed my payment is old hold until 2nd November, not sure why. Seller arrived and collected the item. Still no money showing on my PayPal so I asked him for 6 digit collection code which I entered to confirm collection. We both also left feedback. Now the message on eBay for payment being on hold until 2nd Nov is gone and there is nothing in my PayPal balance. I have got email saying my funds are available and when I click on transaction ID link, it is showing Transaction ID not found. I'm confused as to what is happening, where the hell is my payment and why is PayPal such a pain to use?
