My payment has not been completed I don't know why

I started a new cover from Bupa using PayPal linked with a bank account on 21/03.

However, I couldn't find any completed transaction on neither my PayPal account nor bank account, even no pending transaction was shown until now.

I have successfully made another payment using the same way before and my balance is still enough. I really don't know why.

If anyone knows the solution, please help me.
