My payment from hq trivia show

I created this particular account to get my payment from hq trivia show, as I was'nt able to get the payment to my indian paypal account.

I received the payment in this account.

Then I requested the amount (16.66$) from my Indian paypal account.

But now the transaction is in pending status.

I am not a resident from United States, I created this account just to get my prize money.

Please help me retrieve my money in my Indian paypal account.
