Hi, I made a transfer on 19 may (9 days ago) and it is still on hold FOR UNKOWN REASONS! I want to take my money I face a very bad circumanstances beacause this abuse! I haven't made any mistake. customer care representatives told me that they escalated my demand to the relevant department many times but there is no any result!
