My card keeps being declined, but i have sufficient funds in the account. They limited my card, ask for more info, i gave it, they opened my account again, but now my only card is being declined. I am in dispute with a seller, because he believes im scamming him. I dont know what to do,and its frustrating. I cant call,plus im getting know replies, or feedback from paypal.. Unacceptable.
