My money is on hold and I’m not a seller

Someone please help, I don’t know how to get my money. I am not a seller and the person who sent me money is from a online earning app. How to resolve this? There’s no option or “add tracking” or whatever in the app.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
