My friend sent money to wrong email, and the the account that got it, got blocked

Hello, my friend tried so send me money, to buy a new game for us. I sent my email to him, and realized that I sent him the wrong email and that account got blocked, so I cant get that money back. And he didn't sent it via family & friends
