My friend sent me money. It says I haven't accepted it but I have, verified email and phone

I accepted a payment. It doesn't show up on my balance.

If its relevant, she is sending from Malaysia in USD and I am in the US.

Now it says it is under review. I would never have used Paypal if I knew this was the case.
