My friend is trying to send $340.00 from his PayPal account to my own PayPal account but when he tried sending the $340.00 bucks to my PayPal account last night it says he can’t send money right now but I have received money before from a different PayPal user. I need that $340.00 bucks ASAP. Anyone know what my friend Ben can do to fix this problem and be finally able to send me successfully the $340.00 bucks to my PayPal account?
