I sent my friend in the US $50 via paypal, and it went into her bank account. HOWEVER, Paypal has now TAKEN that $50 out of her bank account via something called PAYPAL INST XFER, leaving her with -$20 in her bank account. Why is this happening? Am I able to send her more money?
