I created a PayPal Pool, it's located in UK, but my friend from UAE (Arab Emirates) can't send me money to my pool. My friend sent me a screenshot of what appears to them and it says "Money Pools aren't available in United Arab Emirates at the moment", why it isn't available in their country? How will my friend send money to my pool if it isn't available in UAE?
