My eBay refund is being transferred to my connected bank account. Does this happen automatically?

I've noticed recently, it seems, that my eBay refunds are automatically being transferred to my connected bank account. Previously I recall having to "request" a transfer/withdrawal. Are refunds being automatically transferred back to my connected bank account?

when you checking out at Ebay? you must be checking out with your linked (Bank Account)

rather than (Paypal Balance)

do you just buy without confirming the option to pay? for example

Ebay Purchased with Bank Number 1234

or are you doing this Paying with (Paypal Balance)

that is the only thing that I can think of  to the reason why you are getting your

Refunds back to you bank account instead of your (Paypal Balance)

my last 2 refunds i had i have recieved an email to say i requested the withdrawl to my bank account. I did not reque st it on either occasion, its going in but i didnt ask for it.
