My dad sent me money via friends and family why is it still pending

My dad sent me some money via friends and family yet it is still saying pending why is this?? I desperately need it to clear. Thanks

Does it say anything about an echeque with a clearance date?

No when I click on it it just says the details gives me no options there is mornin my dad's account he sent it as a gift and it still won't show up I'm gutted

Thought that was what i was doing but have to go through all the options to rule them out.

But if you are not happy with that and want someone elses advice then thats fine, good luck hope you sort it.

Sorry your help is greatly appreciated, I'm just panicking and can't get through to anyone to assist me.. 

There is money in the sender's bank it says nothing about a e cheque I've got about 6 payments of ten pounds that is pending one being a "gift" yet it's still pending
