Non-US freelancers especially those from here in the PH, has anyone encountered this problem? I've tried digging around my account to see areas I might have missed (my client told me I might have to verify something) but I can't find any. I've never really used it before for receiving payment as I've always used Transferwise and GCash. However, I was able to receive a cash prize from Facebook for a game before via PayPal so I know it works.
I've already emailed PayPal about it (sucks that they don't have live chat support) and it's been more than 24 hours since and still no response.
