My card is not being supported

When I try to link a credit card to my account to verify it, I have the message like my card is not supported, to try another one. Why How can I fix this, please? Know that I am trying this in India with a card issued in another country

You can't add a card that paypal don't accept and you can't add a card that was issued in another country.

You would need to add a card issued in your own country that paypal does accept.
