Halo please help me in this issue I already got verified by bank and link it up from the app of PayPal and its shows it’s confirmed but when I m trying to by clothes from SHEIN it say (Please add a bank or card to complete your purchase.)why ?i order something on other website it was ok i Oder something from SHEIN it say so and I log out and inn and tread everything it stil doesn’t work please help me
