I received a payment from a game creator company for som translations. The transaction is visible in my history, but the money was not sent to my card account and paypal says my balance is 0.00. I get notidfications from my bank by sms, and have had now sms about this transaction from them. I find the help or support within paypal to be confusing at the least, and it turns into a big frustration when you cant see your issue in the drop down lists under the different topics... Can somone advice me on this please?
