My balance is 0 after receiving payment

I have received my first twitch payout, I went to the email and claimed the money but the money doesn't appear on my balance, the transaction also doesn't appear... If I try to click claim again it says that it has already been claimed, omfg plz help me

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
