My assistant's payment on hold

Hi,

 

I have an assistant and when he sent the invoice to my boss, 

he got the pay but its on hold...

 

Any idea how to resolve this?

@Strikke 

 

Its on hold as the payment was made as for goods / services and paypal presume he is a new seller.

He should have asked for it to be sent using the friends / family option.

However I can't give you more info as you haven't said what country you are in as the f/f is not available in every country.

The country it was sent from is from Sweden and me and my assistant are living in the Philippines..

What can we do to resolve this issue? Should we return the payment the resend another invoice?

Invoices are goods / services payments as i already said.

It should be sent as friends / family IF that option is available for them to receive that option.

Ok thanks, will try it out.. if not we can still send the payment back to our boss right? That way he can choose the other option?

If that option is available in both countries ie the friends / family option AND the funds are cleared and not pending.
