I'm not sure if you are trying to make a payment or withdraw funds to your bank from PayPal. If you are trying to withdraw your funds, please try deleting your temporary internet files on the device that you are using. Once this has been done, you can then try withdrawing funds to your bank through the following link http://www.paypal.com/wdfunds.

This link doesn't work for me. I'm trying since 6 months but it doesn't work. When i try to use, it takes me to Paypal summary page.

Is there any alternate? I'm unable to withdraw through "Accept the Money".
