My account will not let me make any purchases or payments whatsoever. i have money on my account that isnt the issue. this has been a problem for 3 days now. i have contacted customer service and they said they dont understand why this is happening because i have no limitations on my account and it is fully verified. At this point if i cant get this fixed and working i want too know how i can get my money off of this account because i need access too this money to make a purchase and payment that is highly important. Everytime i try to purchase or make a payment it says we cannot process at this time. If anyone out there can help me with this problem it will be greatly appreciated.
