My account can't receive or send money

Hi @Riban,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to send or receive money through your PayPal account. Are there any messages in your account indicating that there are steps to resolve in the Resolution Center? Are there any messages when you try to send a payment? Are there any messages that other people see when they try to send you a payment?
