My Refund Never Showed up on My Bank Statment

Hi!

On February 15, I got a refund from steam.

But the refund never showed up on my bank statement. . .

I received a refund before my account was charged; but there is no record of Pay Pal charging me for the payment on my bank statement!

Did PayPal just cancel it?

Or should I expect to see a charge and then a refund (to my bank account), on any given day?

Please let me know!
