My Patreon payout to my PayPal fails

Hello all,

When transferring funds from my Patreon creator account to my PayPal account I've got a message from Patreon that something went wrong and the payout was rolled back to my Patreon account.

Any suggestion please -- what could go wrong? I never received payments to my PayPal before, maybe my account is just not completely set up for these transactions, but what exactly should I do now? Also, maybe there exist any limitations with .ru domain emails (i'm from Ukraine, but registered gere 10 years ago when  google accounts weren't commonplace yet )?

The option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in the Ukraine.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.
