I have a PayPal business Mastercard, which I have activated as per the instructions. However, it doesn't seem to work. I just tried buying something with it and was declined. There is far more money in my account than needed for the purchase.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
