Hello to everyone, An error occurred where I sent money back to my friend. His account is apparently a business account. However, this amount from January 17 still has the status of pending for both users. In an attempt to cancel the transaction and withdraw the money back I clicked on the Issue refund option! Since I had no money in the account at the time, two days ago when I received money from another source the amount was immediately charged. So in an attempt to return the first amount to my account, I sent another amount by mistake! As I had never had a similar problem and I did not know how to solve the problem. Now my both payments are still pending and it should not be. I request that both amounts be returned to my account as soon as possible but PayPal is not responding me. What is happening and what I should do? Thank you.
