I had a problem with Cn lot hair as I paid an invoice on 20 Oct 2018 and they did not send the product after 4 weeks, so I asked PayPal claim to refund my money back. Dispute Case ID: PP-D-18538093, PayPal refunded the value on 30 Dec. 2018. The company contacted me and made me a new Invoice from Lot Hair Extension (000191) for 77.93 USD
Can I pay them upon receipt as I do not trust the company?
