When an order is placed we will put a reserve on the amount as soon as the order is canceled the reserve will be released as well. Depending on the card issuer it can take up to 30 days to release the balance back. In most cases, it will only take up to 7 days. If the order is not cancelled I would advise contacting the seller in order to have the money released.
